Peco II moving to Nasdaq SmallCap Market
Peco II Inc.'s stock is moving to trading on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market from the Nasdaq National Market, starting Friday.
Nasdaq told Peco in March it had 90 days to raise its share price above $1 or risk being delisted from the National Market. Peco decided to move to the SmallCap exchange to take advantage of less stringent listing requirements.
The shares will continue trading under its symbol PIII. Peco's stock opened Friday at 62 cents a share.
Peco provides uninterruptible power systems for the telecommunications industry and is based in Galion.
